Your Spectrum policy also contains coverage to repair or replace your building and any equipment, stock, furniture or fixtures that you own. Spectrum’s business property coverage is expansive.
Building and Contents
If your office or business contents are damaged or destroyed because of a covered loss, you’ll receive the full cost to repair or replace your property up to a limit you select when you purchase your policy.
Business Income
You’ll be reimbursed for your actual loss of earnings for up to 12 months resulting from a covered loss to your property. Extra expenses needed to continue your operations, such as renting temporary office space, are also covered.
Equipment Breakdown
If vital equipment used in your business suffers a mechanical breakdown or electrical current damage, you’ll be covered for the cost to repair or replace the damaged property. This equipment includes such items as air conditioners, computers, phone systems and boilers.
Money and Securities
You’ll be protected for stolen, destroyed or lost money and securities used in you business.
